No one thought we’d be taking our 12 spice dukka fries from the island of Zamalek to the island of Manhattan but there we were with our first branch fresh out of Cairo in 2019, on 100 Kenmare Street in New York City. Today, we’ve shipped our upcycled blue door from El Sabteyya in Cairo to our neighbors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Bahrain.
