About that award. Have you ever heard of a Falafel festival? We hadn’t either. In 2016, we were invited to participate in London’s first Falafel Festival in the historic Borough Market. We won a trophy for our Falafel Taameya recipe. This trip taught us that the grass is not greener on the other side; it’s greener on the inside of our Fava Bean Falafel that earned us the Best Falafel title.
